Appointment Cancellation Policy
Pelvic Health Physio strives to provide excellent care to you and to all of our patients. We want to continue to be able to schedule your appointments for all patients quickly and efficiently, and in a way that maximises your potential for recovery. Missed or cancelled appointments impact on the quality of care we can provide.
We have a cancellation policy in place that allows us to schedule appointments for all patients. We do understand that often appointments are cancelled for genuine reasons, however missed appointments incur costs and a loss of income for therapists. They also affect service provision as that time cannot be used to treat another patient that needs our service.
Our policy is:
We request that you give our clinic 24 hours’ notice in the event that you cannot attend your scheduled slot. This allows another patient to be scheduled in. You can inform us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07919053843.
Appointments changed, altered, moved or cancelled for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the full fee. If another patient is books into the slot, we will not charge you.
If a you miss an appointment without contacting the clinic, this is classed as a missed appointment and the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to deliver your full appointment slot time but please bear in mind that this may not be possible and your full appointment fee will stand.
