Pregnancy massage can be used safely throughout the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.

Book a pregnancy massage with Amelia, a specialist women’s health physiotherapist and massage expert. Amelia has many years of women’s health physiotherapy experience, including antenatal & postnatal physiotherapy and is also specifically trained in pregnancy massage.

As part of the massage session, you will be taught stretches and exercises to help you maintain your flexibility, ease aches & pains and improve your strength. Amelia can also give you advice around your physical health in pregnancy and following delivery.

All massages are tailored to the individual, depending on the stage of your pregnancy, your aims from the massage session and on what aches & pains you are experiencing.

I visited Pelvic Health Physio for a pregnancy massage. I am 35 weeks pregnant and I am really suffering with lower backaches. I told my midwife but I was told that there is a 3-4 week waiting list. I contacted Becky and she was able to fit me in with Amelia the next day, she was amazing. Gave me loads of advice and was able to get knots out of my back. I had the best sleep I have had in ages after the massage.
